Return Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As an online company, we strive to provide a return and exchange service that’s virtually hassle-free!
All eligible items must be returned within:
- WITHIN 7 days from the date item is delivered for a REFUND (minus original shipping charges)
- WITHIN 30 days for an Store Merchandise Credit. (Store Credit Valid for 1 Year)
EXCHANGES:
We do not process any exchanges. Our reasoning is simple; our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
Here’s how the return process works:
1. Complete the return slip and include it inside the return package.
2. Pack and secure your items in the original packaging/protective box or wrap with thick paper.
3. Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice (the cost of the return is your responsibility so choose the most cost effective for you).
4. Ship the items(s) off to the address provided below, and you’re all set.
5. To ensure we receive your package, please obtain a tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for item(s) we never receive.
- Once we have received your returned package the item(s) it will be processed accordingly within 2 business days.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
In order to receive a REFUND/ MERCHANDISE CREDIT for your order:
- Item must be in the original condition (UNWORN/UNDAMAGED/UNALTERED).
- We can only accept returns that are in the original, resalable condition. We recommend only trying shoes on in a carpeted area for a very limited time.
- Any shoes returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will prohibit your return.
- Returns that do not meet this criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied.
Incorrect / Defective/ Missing item in my order :
- Any defects must be reported within 2 business days of item being delivered.
We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straightaway. Please contact our Customer Service team with the order number and photos of the incorrect item(s) received. We will get back to you within 2 business days and resolve it for you as quickly as we can.
NON-RETURNABLE/EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS:

REFUSED PACKAGES:
Any return packages labeled "REFUSED" will be subject to forfeit the original shipping fees and they will not be reimbursed.
IMPORTANT: Solelavish.com reserves the right to decline an return or exchange if the terms described above have not been met.
