Returns & Exchanges

SHOES: 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may ship all returnable item(s) back to us:

  •  WITHIN 7 days from the date of delivery for a REFUND (minus original shipping charges) (Any defects must be reported within this timeframe)
  •  WITHIN 30 days for an Store Merchandise credit. (Store Credit Valid for 1 Year) 

**(Any defects must be reported within 7 business days of delivery)

**Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Policy strictly enforced. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.  

In order to receive a REFUND for your order:

  • Item must be in the original condition (UNWORN/UNDAMAGED/UNALTERED) & returned with all original shoe boxes, FREE OF POSTAL LABELS. 
  •  Any shoes returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will prohibit your return. 
  • We can only accept returns that are in the original, resalable condition. We recommend only trying shoes on in a carpeted area for a very limited time.  Items shipped back with the shoebox used as a shipping box will not be accepted or subject to $10 restock fee.  
  • Returns that do not meet this criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied.

Once your return package is received, it will be processed within 48 hours and a refund email confirmation will be sent once completed. Refunds will issued to the original form of payment: Please allow 3-5 business days for refund to return to your bank.


CLOTHING:

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may ship all returnable item(s) back to us WITHIN 14 days from the date of delivery (minus the shipping charges) for an online merchandise credit.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. NO REFUNDS for clothing. Policy strictly enforced. 

  • Item must be in the original condition (UNWORN/UNDAMAGED/UNALTERED/UNWASHED) & returned with all original tags, stickers, packaging, 
  •  Any items returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will prohibit your return
  • We can only accept returns that are in the original, resalable condition.
  • Returns that do not meet this criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied.

NON-RETURNABLE/EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS:
SALE ITEMS, "DEAL OF THE DAY", "HAPPY HOUR", JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES
REFUSED PACKAGES:
Any return packages labeled "REFUSED"  will be subject to 15% restocking fee..and original shipping fees will not be reimbursed. 

IMPORTANT: Solelavish.com reserves the right to decline an return or exchange if the terms described above have not been met.
 

How to ship your item(s) back to us:
1.) Securely repackage the merchandise you are returning to us either in it's original packaging or in packaging that is comparable to it's original packaging.
2.) Please be sure to include a copy of your order number OR name & reason for return along with the merchandise you are returning.
3.) The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred for the return/exchange merchandise. 
4.) To ensure we receive your package, obtain a tracking number. We are not responsible for item(s) we never receive.

EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, we are NOT able to hold merchandise for exchange. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, for an exchange, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.
